Working on web page!

You are currently working on a complete redesign of the page, this, generated for two major reasons:
First: We want to turn the branch’s website into the epicenter of information distribution and a common meeting point for all our members.
Second: Due to the extension of the deadline to the website contest, we believe that we have enough time to design and implement an attractive, elegant and interesting website in order to make it more competitive.
There may be various changes or even moments out of order. Please excuse us, we are working to improve our image and be able to offer a better service at the same time.

Thank you all!

Thank you all for participating so actively in the activities that we were doing around video games. We consider that both the eSports tournaments and the development course have been, without a doubt, wonderful experiences. We hope you have enjoyed them as much as we do and that you will return next year as we will have more tournaments, more courses and a lot of exclusive content for those active members and / or paid students of the branch.

A private space will soon be set up for those exclusive members, where they will be able to see all the news and communicate directly with the teachers, professionals and organizers of all the activities.

We also want to remind you that, soon, the certificates of the technical committee of video games and cis will be arriving for those who attended, and successfully completed, our development course.
And, in addition, you can see many great photos in our events section -> gallery.

On behalf of all the staff of the branch we wanted to briefly thank tocas and each one of the people who accompanied us, from one fortune or another, this year.

We hope you have a wonderful holiday season and an excellent 2020.

Instragram Rebranding

Instragram Rebranding

These weeks we are working on correctly applying branch branding to our intagram page.
At the end of last year, it was proposed to put together a series of templates and brandings to respect to beautify and give more representation to all the content uploaded by the branch to their social networks. But this, for various reasons, has not been fully implemented or not, at least, in older publications. Thus generating a messy feed with a mixture of styles not pleasant. In these weeks we will take the pleasure to re-upload each and every one of our photos, respecting the branding appropriately. This will generate that, for some time, the old publications are duplicated, but rest assured, the old ones will be gradually eliminated until they are up to date with the new design.

To make this year much more organized we have decided to expand our previous google calendar, now you will not only find our meetings but also activities, courses, announcements and many more.


As an extra we have also generated a calendar with all the annual activities of the SAC Team Arg.

There are no more excuses! You just have to subscribe and we will keep you informed or, if you do not want to be disturbed, you can consult it on our website, section events, subsection calendars.

Suspended activities: Covid-19

Due to the recent pandemic caused by Covid-19 the student branch of FCyT UADER will delay the start of activities until further notice. The branch will continue to work behind closed doors on the tasks already planned, but there will be a noticeable reduction in the visibility and communication of the branch with the outside since it does not seem appropriate to divert attention from such an important issue.
Even so, we will retransmit through our instragram page and our WhatsApp group the different activities that all R9 members will be doing.

Por parte de toda la Rama Estudiantil FCyT UADER queremos felicitar a CBT el equipo ganador del torneo de Counter Strike: Global Offensive disputado en las instalaciones de UADER FCyT, así como también a todos los participantes, los asistentes y todo el equipo de la Facultad de Ciencia y Tecnología por el apoyo.

Asistimos al Cs. en Happy Hour!

El pasado lunes 12 de Agosto los integrantes de la rama asistieron junto a su consejera, la Lopes De Luise, al evento Cs. en Happy Hour organizado por la UADER FCYT. En el cual lo integrantes de la rama realizaron una presentacion en vivo de las actividades que se realizaran este año y la Dra. Lopez impartio una interesante charla sobre “Nuestra lengua: Una herramienta para hacer ciencia.”. Ademas de eso toda la rama pudo converzar con el publico y compartir una cena para reforzar lazos.

 

La importancia de la matematica en sistemas.

Nuestra rama se enorgullece en presentar su primer proyecto de divulgacion cientifica el mismo consto en una presentacion de hora y media sobre la importancia de las matematicas (calculo, algebra y discretas) en la vida de un estudiante/profesional de informatica/sistemas o carreras a fines y su interaccion con el machine learning.
La misma fue dictada por, el actual presidente de la rama, Antoff Ivan a alumnos de primer año de la carrera de Sistemas de Informacion de la Universidad Autonoma de Entre Rios, Facultad de Ciencias y Tecnologia sede de Concepcion Del Uruguay.

Desde la rama agradecemos a los directivos de FCyT UADER por el espacio y a todo el alumnado por la basta concurrencia.

Se oficializa la rama: IEEE – FCYT UADER C. Del U.

El pasado 3 de junio de 2019, el IEEE MGA Member and Geographic Activities ha aprobado el establecimiento de una Rama Estudiantil IEEE en la Facultad de Ciencia y Tecnología de la UADER Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos, sede Concepción del Uruguay.

Esta misma noticia era anunciada en la web de Seccion Argentina y gratamente recibida por todos los integrantes de la rama, a su vez, nos complacia recibir una gratificante carta de bienvenida la cual oficializaba nuestra integracion a la comunidad IEEE Student Branch.

 

Por parte de todos los integrantes de la rama no podemos hacer mas que agradecer a el ieee, a la Dra. Lopez De Luise, Facundo Esquivel y los prefesores y directivos de FCYT UADER que cooperaron en todo momento para poder realizar la inscripcion con exito y en tiempo record.
