Where: Okanagan College Learning Center Room E310
We will help individuals who understand any existing programming language transition to understand the basics of C and C++.
This event is focused around the Okanagan College curriculum, however it will be generalized enough for anyone looking to get a good feel on C or C++ to also attend.
We will be going over basics like:
- Inputs/Outputs
- Data Types (pointers and address variables)
- how functions work
- how C/C++ takes arguments
- compiling on the command line
- structs
We are not teaching loops, if statements etc as it is expected you have some working knowledge of an existing language.
