Habits
Our character, basically, is a composite of our habits. “Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny,” the maxim goes. – Aristotles
Habits can be defined as habits as the intersection of knowledge, skills, and desires. Knowledge is a theoretical activity (what to do and how). Skill is how to do it. Desire is the motivation to do what you want. Therefore we must get these three things into a habit in life.
When we apply knowledge, skills, and desire in our lives, we can increase our personal and interpersonal effectiveness to break old paradigms that may have been a source of false security for years. When we change a habit we have there is a painful process because it is a process of change that must be motivated by a higher purpose in order to beat something currently in mind in order to stick to the goal that has been set. But the end of this process will result in happiness because we can go to a goal that we have set.
