About P4P

“A silent sea never made a skilled sailor.” To test undergrads at their best level, the IEEE Student Branch of BIT Deoghar brings a mock placement drive entitled, “#P4P: Preparation for Placement.” This event will consist of the following rounds: Aptitude Test, Coding Test, Technical Interview and HR Interview.

The first three rounds will be an elimination round, followed by the fourth one to declare the top performers by our HR officials. Students will get full exposure and experience of a real placement drive that will boost their confidence and Preparation for Placement, as the name suggests.

Participating in this you will experience a visual world of placement based on your particular area of comfort and learning will give you practical experience in that field. And that’s fine, you get to check them out in a safe place where making mistakes is OK. Everyone is there to support you, so there is no fear of waste or misconduct.
