Azure AI Day
In October, IEEE CIS proudly hosted Azure AI Day, a transformative session dedicated to exploring the potential of artificial intelligence with Microsoft’s cutting-edge Azure AI tools. MicroSoft Industrial Visit
IEEE CIS organized an inspiring Industrial Visit to Microsoft, offering participants an exclusive glimpse into the world of cutting-edge technology and innovation. This visit provided a unique opportunity to explore Microsoft’s work culture, cutting-edge projects, and advanced research facilities.

Treasure Hunt
The IEEE CIS CUSB apart from being a technical driven society with a goal towards working for the betterment of the society also believes in conducting fun events for the it’s student members. A one day treasure hunt was conducted by the society on ‘anime’ theme. The event not only attracted large amount of crowd but also saw a healthy competition between the participants.
Poster Making competition
As part of the IEEE Day 2024 celebrations, IEEE CIS hosted a vibrant Poster Making Competition in October 2024, inviting participants to showcase their creativity and innovative ideas through visual storytelling.
The competition revolved around themes highlighting technology’s impact on society, sustainability, and innovation. Participants unleashed their artistic flair, presenting captivating posters that blended technology and creativity seamlessly. AI in Society
With a purpose of making students aware of the technological impacts of AI over our society IEEE CIS CUSB conducted the AI in Society event. The event saw an active participation from the student members. We were amazed by the extent of ideas presented by the students in an open discussion ideathon.
IoTZen - An IoT BootCamp
Inspired by the growing trend of IoT in the field of technology, IEEE CIS CUSB conducted a one day long IoT based bootcamp. The bootcamp was completely student centric with a purpose of giving hands-on experience to the students. We got overwhelming amount of positive feedback for the event which surely motivated us to conduct more such events for our society members.
