Technical Talk on “Vega Processors”

On 29th June 2023, the IEEE DIBRUGARH UNIVERSITY STUDENT BRANCH organized a virtual session on Vega Processors, which took place from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (IST). The event was hosted by Mr. Libin, Associate Director and Scientist ‘F’ at the Center of Development of Advanced Computing. The session was attended by Dibrugarh University students as well as students from various other institutions. During the session, Mr. Libin provided an encyclopedic introduction to Vega Processors and shared his expert knowledge on topics such as The Digital India RISC-V Program, RISC-V ISA, the JAS32 SoC, ARIES Development Board, and the VEGA Ecosystem. The session was characterized by its interactive environment, allowing participants to actively engage with the speaker. During the live Q&A session, attendees had the opportunity to pose their queries, which were thoughtfully addressed by Mr. Libin. Across the board, the virtual session on Vega Processors, featuring Mr. Libin as the distinguished speaker, proved to be an enlightening and engaging experience for all attendees.
