The Kalyani city is well connected by Rail as well as Road and it is just 50km away from Kolkata (earlier name Calcutta), the state capital of West Bengal. The participants can book their Railways reservation either for Sealdah or Howrah and back. Those who are getting down at Howrah Railway Station should come to Sealdah Railway Station either by hired taxi or City bus and may avail Local trains service (one and half hour journey) towards Kalyani or may come to Bandel Railway station by local train (one hour) and may avail auto-rickshaw/minibus service to reach BCKV, Lake Hall at Kalyani. City Taxi is available from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata to Kalyani. However, transport may be arranged by the Organizers if prior intimation is available. The schedule of the Conference is likely to be fairly tight and all participants are requested to be present at the venue in advance.
