IEEE Day commemorates the first time in history when engineers worldwide and IEEE members gathered to share their technical ideas in 1884.The celebration of IEEE Day on 1 October 2019 was the 10th year celebrating this historic event and marks one year to the culmination of the Realize the Full Potential of IEEE.

PES – Power & Energy Society Day    

PES Day goal is to engage the PES volunteers with PES history and “5” PES pillars of the “More Power to the Future” vision. Twelve Years ago on April 22 this society was reborn as Power and Energy society with broadened horizons and renewed determination to serve not just the present needs but the future needs of the members as well as the society.
