The Chairperson of a club plays a crucial leadership role, responsible for overseeing all club activities and ensuring that the club’s objectives are met. They preside over meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure that all members have a voice.

The Vice-Chairperson of a club serves as the deputy to the Chairperson, providing essential support and stepping in when needed. They assist in organizing meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, and facilitating smooth discussions. The Vice-Chairperson also collaborates closely with other club officers to coordinate activities and initiatives, helping to maintain cohesion and efficiency within the club. In the absence of the Chairperson, they assume leadership responsibilities, ensuring continuity and effective operation of the club’s activities.

Vrishank Nalawde

The Research and Development team is in charge of ensuring that all departments function at peak efficiency by analyzing and implementing the latest online and technical trends. Our primary objective is to study and analyze past experiences and take notes on notable activities undertaken by similar associations for the betterment of our committee. We focus on continuous improvement and innovation and strive to foster a culture of excellence through rigorous research and collaborative efforts.

The General Secretary of a club is responsible for managing the club’s administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication among members. They record and maintain accurate minutes of meetings, handle correspondence, and keep official records. The General Secretary also assists in organising events, coordinating schedules, and disseminating information to club members.

The PR (Public Relations) and Marketing department is responsible for promoting the club’s events and activities, utilizing various channels like social media, email, and college notice boards to reach the target audience. It is focused on collecting and analyzing feedback from events to understand the audience’s preferences and uses insights to improve future promotional strategies and club activities. Additionally, the department engages with the student community, encourages participation in the club’s activities, manages the club’s social media profiles, and responds to inquiries from interested members.

The Treasurer of a club is responsible for managing the club’s finances. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets, and overseeing expenditures. The Treasurer collects membership dues, handles all financial transactions, and ensures that funds are used appropriately and transparently. They also prepare financial reports and present them during meetings to keep members informed about the club’s financial status.

The Sponsorship Officer of a club is tasked with securing financial and material support from external organizations and businesses. They identify potential sponsors, prepare proposals, and negotiate sponsorship agreements that benefit both the club and the sponsors.
