The IEEE student Branch of Sri Sairam Engineering College & The Department of ECE, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College ,Chennai in association with the IEEE Comsoc Madras Section Chapter, organized a 2 days hands on workshop on Understanding of Routing and switching Concepts in Data Communication and Networking using CISCO Packet Tracer from 01.12.2022 to 02.12.2022, 9.30am to 4.00pm at Beta Hall. The inauguration ceremony started with a Welcome address by Dr.S.Brindha, Co-ordinator of the Workshop, the Inaugural Address by Dr. K.Porkumaran, Chairman-IEEE MAS and Special address by Dr J.Raja , HoD /ECE. The total number of faculties and students registered for this workshop  is around 150 from various colleges of Tamilnadu. The speakers delivered most  of the latest information about data communication technologies  and hands session created great impact on the participants. Good feedback and appreciation is received from the participants for almost all sessions. Technical sessions are handled by eminent personalities from prestigious Institutions & Industry like Dr V.Jayaprakasan and Mr Tamilkumaran shared their knowledge with the participants with atmost care and dedications . More than 150 professional & student members attended the workshop and  the participants were presented with e-certificates.
