IEEE Power and Energy Society (SB) | Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology 
IEEE Power and Energy Student Branch of Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology was formed on 1st October 2021.From then, we have been very active and vibrant till this date. Since then it has organized many events to provide outstanding value to its members. The objective of starting IEEE PES Student branch was to create awareness about the day today technological developments and to make them to utilize the resources available in IEEE PES. And to make most of our student members involve themselves in publishing research papers and projects. We also creating awareness to the community by conducting seminars, symposium and continuing education in topics such as Energy Storage, Microgrids, Distributed Generation, and Distribution and Substation Engineering. The Student Branch Chapter of the Power and Energy Society have more than 50 members including Professional and student member in Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology, Chennai 600044.
