During tough times of lock down to help the students to cope up with stress and anxiety SF IEEE STB (20132) successfully organized a webinar on “Mind Hacks”.   The webinar was addressed by Mr. Saurabh Bothra, IIT Alumnus & TEDx Speaker. The webinar was successfully organized by SF IEEE STB (20132) core team members. The webinar was attended by IEEE volunteers and the other 60 attendees from various locations through zoom application.It  also includes of  a brief discussion of problems faced by the mind during the lock down and generally also, for students who can’t focus on studies and are stressed to be productive during free time. The key takes away from the webinar is, “If we have no breath, then we have no life. If we know the breath, then we know life.”
