To motivate and encourage students for investing their Quarantine time in a productive way for self development and be industry ready SF IEEE STB(20132) successfully organized a webinar on “Qualities of Skill Development”. The webinar was addressed by the speaker Mr. Vitthal Savant who is a Professional Industrial/Motivational Trainer, and Currently working in ABB Group of Industries. The Webinar was successfully organized by SF IEEE STB(20132) Core Team Members. The Webinar was attended by Dr. Gayatri Phade, IEEE Volunteers and 45 other attendees from different locations through the Zoom Meeting application.The students got aware of the skills required to be industry fit and how to develop those skills. Also, they got guidance about utilizing their quarantine time in an efficient and productive way.

About the Speaker:
Mr. Vitthal.M. Savant who is a Professional Industrial/Motivational Trainer. He has 28 years of Industrial experience & Currently working in ABB Group of Industries. He has conducted more than 100+ training programs/seminars on various topics.
