We are thrilled to announce that the Power, Energy, and Industrial Applications Society (PES&IAS) chapter at Hashemite University has been selected for the second consecutive year to participate in the prestigious High-Performing Student Branch Chapter Program in Region 8. This remarkable achievement underscores our chapter’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and leadership in the field of power and energy.

 

The High-Performing Student Branch Chapter Program, organized by the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) and the Industrial Applications Society (IAS), recognizes and celebrates outstanding student branch chapters that demonstrate exceptional performance, impact, and engagement in their respective regions. Selected chapters are distinguished as leaders within the global IEEE community and serve as role models for excellence in student branch activities.

The selection of the PES&IAS chapter at Hashemite University for the second consecutive year is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and ingenuity of our members, officers, and advisors. Through a wide range of activities, events, and initiatives, our chapter has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and empowering students to excel in the fields of power, energy, and industrial applications.
