The IEEE Hashemite University Student Branch is gearing up for its participation in the much-anticipated IEEE PES R8 Student & Professional Chapters training program, set to unfold in Turkey on May 22nd, 2023. This gathering marks a significant milestone as the first of its kind in the region, promising an enriching experience for all attendees.

 

Leading the delegation from IEEE HU is Hamzeh Ibdah, Chairman of the IEEE HU PES&IAS Joint Chapter, who has been selected to represent the university at this prestigious event. Joining him are seventeen other individuals hailing from various student branches across Region 8, encompassing Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

 

The one-day event holds the promise of fostering meaningful interactions among student leaders, providing a platform to exchange ideas, experiences, and insights with influential PES leaders.
