Differential Drive Robot Environment Mapping
Robot Operating System
Choosing an appropriate robot chassis for the design is the first step of the process. The move base package is only designed for use with the square shape chassis. Also, it will work with cylindrical chassis as well. If we choose a rectangular or triangle shape chassis, its performance will drastically reduce. Therefore, the cylindrical shape will be used here.
Robot Operating System
Robot Operating System
Since the first digital robot, “Unimate” by George Devol, in 1954, robotics has been making a steep improvement over the past decades. From six-axis robot arms from the ’80s to complex AI-powered humanoid robots, robotics has come a long way. The industry is at a point where the developers need to focus on delivering the value and invention upon the already available designs rather than re-inventing the same thing repeatedly. That’s where Robot Operating Systems (ROS) come into play.
Remote Control Power Switches
Remote Control Power Switches
We use power switches on a daily basis. It might be challenging to turn power switches on and off all the time. As a remedy, we can use a remote controller to turn these switches on and off automatically. We will use the remote controller to turn on and off power switches in this project. Radio signals are used to maintain the connection between the remote control and the power switches in this case.
An IoT empowered system for Patient Monitoring and Diagnosing
An IoT empowered system for Patient Monitoring and Diagnosing
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), is a global pandemic that creates many challenges to almost every stream in the world. In the early stage of the COVID-19 pandemic, specialists revealed that only way to break the infection chain is through self-isolation, physical distancing, and proper sanitization.
Analog Line Following Robot Project
Analog Line Following Robot Project
A Line-following robot is a fundamental step in robotics for many robotics enthusiasts. It is also a simple task generally accomplished with basic knowledge of Arduino coding, Microcontrollers, and a PID algorithm. However, in this article, we discuss a line-following robot made entirely of analog components.
