NURTURENOOK 2024: A Heartwarming Success!
The IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity group of University of Moratuwa proudly presented NURTURENOOK 2024, a heartfelt initiative aimed at supporting underprivileged preschoolers and brightening their futures. This year, the event was nothing short of magical, thanks to the incredible support from our community and our esteemed Gold Partner, Abans.
With Abans by our side as the Gold Partner, NURTURENOOK 2024 was a resounding success, filled with joy, inspiration, and unforgettable memories. Together, we embarked on a journey to shape young lives, spreading joy and knowledge to the children of Blooming Buds Pre School in Homagama.
On the 4th of April, 2024, starting from 8:30 AM onwards, the venue was filled with warmth and excitement as volunteers came together to make a difference. From engaging activities to educational sessions, every moment was dedicated to nurturing the young minds and fostering a brighter tomorrow.
With the support of our passionate volunteers and the generosity of Abans, NURTURENOOK 2024 was a testament to the power of community and compassion. Together, we proved that when we unite for a common cause, we can create positive change and make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
As the event came to a close, our hearts were full, knowing that we had made a difference in the lives of these children. NURTURENOOK 2024 may have ended, but its impact will continue to resonate, inspiring hope and spreading kindness for years to come.
