Introducing the IEEE to our newcomers
A step in the right direction!
More than 40 applicants were with us today.
40 young, enthusiastic and promising souls with a great passion to share knowledge, who filled out the registration form and passed the first stage; came to begin their journey.
Colleague Tima Tomia and colleague Moataz Alharbi, representatives of our committee, welcomed the newcomers and introduced the organization in a presentation that included an explanation of its comprehensive vision and organizational structure, the events in which the old members participated and the achievements they presented, the committees of the student branch of the University of Tripoli, what each committee specializes in, and what we aspire to achieve.
They also touched on the benefits of participating in volunteer work, in an organization, which, to say the least, is a beehive!
Pre-prepared questionnaires were also distributed as a second stage in the admission process to help each of the newcomers find their suitable place – whether to employ skills they already possess or acquire new ones that suit their interests. Based on their answers, they will be accepted and distributed to the committees.
We thank everyone who illuminated the hall with their presence today, and we wish you an enjoyable and useful journey in forming bonds with everyone who shares your enthusiasm, activity, and desire to learn and give.
Here we are… it begins here!
