We organized an industrial visit to one of the solar systems sites of Insiab Libya Solar company for the student branch members. Where we learned about the system mechanism and how it is integrated with the main grid.

Chapter, the Student Branch held the IEEE Day on the 5th of October at the University
of Tripoli. The main goal of this event was to celebrate this historical day of sharing
technical knowledge and ideas along with the rest of the world. In this event we shared
the visions of this organization and its impacts on the electrical engineering and
technical fields, also the Student Branch achievements and goals was presented to
attract students to join and expand IEEE’s community.
We organized a mini-celebration inside the University of Sabratha and introduce them to the
organization and how to establish a student branch in their own university
Our student branch was a part of the organizational team of the IEEE first Maghreb Meeting of the International Conference on Science and Techniques of Automatic control and computer engineering in collaboration with the IEEE Tunisian Section, that take place in Tripoli, at Radisson Blu Hotel between 25th and 27th of May.
IEEE University of Tripoli Student Branch, in collaboration with renewable energy authority of Libya and space 340 co-working place , hosted local experts to talk about the renewable energies revolution in the world, especially in Libya, and we also introduced the audience to the role and spread of the IEEE PES in the world.
The Arduino Day 2021 was held in March 2021, IEEE University of Tripoli Student Branch were the main organizer inside the University of Tripoli. There was an exhibition for presenting projects designed by students or hobbyists using Arduino. This event had provide an opportunity for students to get inspiration and to learn the skills for using Arduino to build their own projects
It was our first event which was held at 27th of march. The event was an announcement for the opening of IEEE’s first student branch in Libya at the University of Tripoli, and for the importance of this matter, in this event we clarify the benefits of the student branch and its activities and introduce students to the IEEE organization and its great role in developing the field of scientific research and improving education.
We communicated with several student branches in Arab countries including Egypt, Jordan, and Qatar, and they approved to participate as speaking guests through pre-recorded videos to share their experience of being student branch members. and the The last part of this event was about explaining the importance of scientific research.
