This programme is to cultivate the attitude and spirit of leadership among IEEE members. Next, to provide IEEE members and community with the opportunity to hear sharing and experiences from Prof. Ir. Dr. Zuhaina on How Emotional Intelligence Can Make You A Better Leader.

Dr Zuhaina Zakaria joined IEEE sine 1999 and was elevated to Senior Member in 2013. She is an experienced and committee member of IEEE Malaysia Section and was the chair of IEEE Malaysia Section from 2015-2016. She was also the founder for IEEE Malaysia Section-Women in Engineering Affinity Group which was formed in July 2017. In the technical society, she is an active volunteer in IEEE Power and Energy Society(PES ) Malaysia Chapter and was the Chair o IEEE PES from 2015-2016. She has also been appointed as the Chapter Representative for Region 10 PES since 2015 which requires her to monitor the running of PES chapter in the South-East Asia. On international level, Dr Zuhaina Zakaria was appointed by Region 10 Director as Region 1O Educational Activities Coordinator for 2017-2018. She is also a committee member in MGA Geo Unit Operations Support Committee since 2018. Recently in January 2020, she was appointed as member of IEEE Admission & Advancement Committee and IEEE PES Long Range Planning Committee.
