Industrial Visit to Infineon Technologies Melaka

Greetings to all,

Industrial Visit to Infineon Technologies is a program organized by multiple parties — INVEBOT JKEES, IEEE UKM Student Branch and KMUKM FKAB. This program involves the UKM JKEES students who are majoring in semiconductor courses to go for an industrial visit to one of the famous semiconductor companies in Malaysia. The core element that the organizers aimed to highlight for this program is to give a preliminary disclosure to the students about semiconductor in every important aspects by providing an industrial visit to make sure the students were aware about the company in the future.

Objectives:

1. Promote and introduce the Infineon Technologies.
2. Early exposure to the students of semiconductor industry in Malaysia.

The industrial visit commenced with a warm welcome from Infineon’s knowledgeable and experienced staff, who provided an insightful introduction to the company’s history, vision, and global impact. Participants were introduced to the fundamental concepts of semiconductors, their applications across various industries, and the critical role Infineon plays in driving technological advancements.
