IEEE Battery and E- Waste Recycling poster competition is a challenge organized by UNITEN’s
IEEE Student Branch 2022 in conjunction of IEEE PES DAY 2022, targeted toward UNITEN
Students regardless of their courses background.

The program is an initiative from IEEE Student Branch to enhance the knowledge, thinking skills and creativity of UNITEN Students in poster making competition. With a theme of battery and e-
waste recycling, students are required to design a poster and share the information regarding the

theme. Specifically, the evaluations are based on the creativity and the information shared.
Moreover, the program helps to promote IEEE to all students while at the same time making
them aware of UNITEN affairs.

The program uses telegram and google form as a platform for participants to submit the
poster. Promotion and countdown was done throughout the week via social media, UNITEN
Events and Announcements telegram channel and emails to ensure all students receive the news
on the competition that will be held on the weekdays (twelfth week of the semester) by IEEE. The
poster will be checked and judged by the organizing committee members and winners will be
informed through Telegram and Email.
