The student professional awareness activities (SPAA) supported by IEEE were held in the ICT center at Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Agbani, Enugu State, Nigeria on October 6, 2021. The event tagged “Understanding how to employ intelligence and smarts in the University to achieve greater results” was discussed through our skilled counselor, Godwin Ozor, and also the student chair, Emeka Uke. The event attracted students from the departments of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering. The event was packed with an impactful talk show, punctuated with fun. We had some students that registered as members immediately after the program citing that they were convinced that IEEE as an organization is a place to be to remain relevant in the area of technology and other allied fields
