Registration information and a printable flyer with pull-off tabs are available on our contest homepage: ibm.com/university/contest
This year, we’re giving away over $27,000 in prizes (along with lots of hands-on enterprise computing experience) to students across the U.S. and Canada. Two more notes of interest:
1. Students from the 50 schools with the most contest registrations as of October 5 will have their school’s hometown listed as a “tour date” on the back of this year’s Master the Mainframe T-shirt.
2. All students to complete Part 2 of the contest will be invited to put their resumes into IBM’s Student Opportunity System, a recruiting tool used by enterprise computing employers to find students for internships and full-time jobs. We’re hoping to see many students get hired as a result of the time and dedication they put into the contest. Best wishes for an excellent semester, and thanks for encouraging your students to Master the Mainframe!
Sincerely,
The IBM Master the Mainframe Contest Team
