ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The pandemic has starkly highlighted the fragility of education systems, even those considered relatively stable. The 1st International Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning in Higher Education (TELE2021) focuses on the wide range of topics related to IT in education, workplace and industry-based learning, open, flexible and distance learning. We hope that the conference will be a space to join engineers, teachers and researchers to share their experience and report the best practices.
The conference is dedicated to two meaningful anniversaries. In 2021 Lipetsk State Technical University celebrates 65. Established in 1956 as the Evening faculty of Tula Mechanical Institute, the first and only technical university in the region it has now more than 40 departments with 7000 students.
2021 is the 85th anniversary year of the birth of Yaroslav Andreevich Vagramenko (01.01.1936–26.11.2017), who is the founder of the Academy of Education Digitalization. He is the honored scientist of the Russian Federation made a significant contribution to the development of the rocket and space industry, informatization of education, culture.

- April, 20 2021 – Deadline for submission of papers
- May, 20 2021 – Notification of acceptance
- June, 1 2021 – Deadline for submission of camera ready manuscripts
- June, 10 – Deadline for author registration and fee payment
