SMART TECH :BMC WORKSHOP

The IEEE IAS ENET’COM SBC, IEEE CASS ENET’COM SBC, and IEEE PES ENET’COM SBC joined forces to organize a highly informative online training session focused on the Business Model Canvas BMC.

This session was meticulously designed to offer participants a comprehensive grasp of the BMC framework, a powerful strategic tool used for visually representing and thoroughly analyzing the essential components within a business model.

The training commenced with a detailed introduction to the Business Model Canvas framework. Here, participants delved into the intricacies of the nine foundational building blocks comprising a business model, including customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure.

In addition to gaining a solid understanding of these fundamental elements, participants were equipped with the skills needed to identify challenges and weaknesses within a business model. Furthermore, they were encouraged to explore innovative solutions to effectively address these issues.
