The third session of the  Smart Tech event , hosted by CASS IEEE ENETCOM SBC, IAS IEEE ENETCOM SBC, and PES IEEE ENETCOM SBC , was an exhilarating journey through the realms of technology and innovation.

We started the session with an electrifying Quizizz challenge, meticulously designed to evaluate the participants’ knowledge gained from the previous two sessions.  This not only served as a knowledge check but also played a crucial role in the competition’s scoring system, fostering a spirit of healthy competition among the attendees. The quiz set a vibrant and interactive tone for the session.

Following the quiz, our esteemed trainer delved into a comprehensive review of the key topics covered in the first and second sessions. This review helped participants consolidate their understanding of the foundational concepts of smart technology.

The highlight of the session was a deep dive into the world of Arduino sketch development for ESP32 microcontrollers, equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities. Our trainer began by demystifying the basics of programming the ESP32 microcontroller, offering insights into enabling its Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionalities. Participants then embarked on a journey of practical learning, where they had the chance to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on. They crafted Arduino sketches for ESP32, experimented with the intricacies of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth features, and even developed small applications to put their newfound skills to the test.

Overall, the third session of Smart Tech was a perfect blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, leaving participants not only with a deeper understanding of smart technology but also with the confidence to harness it for their own projects and endeavors.
