The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to further advancing humanity through technological innovation.

Who We Are

The IEEE Student Branch at NJIT is part of the North Jersey Chapter. We became formally incorporated on January 2nd, 1963.

One of our main goals is to provide students with the means to succeed at NJIT as well as in the future. As the student branch of NJIT, we host events, workshops, and even provide components for students on campus. Check out our upcoming events for more info!

We also offer funding for projects; if you have an interesting project you would like to work on, let us know! We would love to help you make it a reality. Our project room is a great place to work. Come by and check it out!
