Hello members,

We are excited to announce these events happening next week.

Monday Oct. 4th – “The IEEE Meal!” Come by the lounge [E337] to get some free donuts and free coffee. Time: Starts at 9:30-12pm.

Tuesday Oct. 5th – “IEEE APPARREL!” Wear your IEEE shirt and take a picture tagging @IEEE_UTEP on Instagram. Time: 3pm for big picture!

Wednesday Oct. 6th – “Leave your work!” Come by the lounge [E337] and leave your mark. All day!

Thursday Oct. 7th – “Second General Meeting, elections and Game Night!” Dell will be presenting during the second general. We are also going to have elections for the Member Resources position (don’t forget to apply if you are interested!). Free food will be available. After the second general meeting, we are going to have a game night event. Stop by to enjoy some time with your IEEE peers! Time: 5pm
