NEW DATE: Annual BBQ Picnic – IEEE Ottawa Branch

Event now scheduled for July 18th!

The IEEE Ottawa Branch is proud to host this years annual BBQ picnic.

Members and your families are invited to the annual IEEE Ottawa picnic, but please RSVP first! The food at the picnic will be catered, just bring yourselves and families/guests.

Please reply to me by 14th July if you plan to come.

I will need to know who will attend before July 14th in order to give notice in advance about our numbers.

Please advice if you have any dietary restrictions and I will do my best to relay them. Since its short notice please note that it accomodations may not be possible.
