Abstract :

Docker is a popular tool for packaging, shipping, and running applications inside containers. It is portable, operable, lightweight, and its container images are easily shareable. Popular container orchestration tools such as Docker swarm, Kubernetes, Mesos heavily rely on Docker to create, deploy, and manage the container life cycle. In this workshop, the participant will understand the concepts, architecture, and use-cases of Docker. The workshop will go through several hands-on exercises to clearly understand the nuts and bolts of Docker containers. All participants will receive a certificate on successful completion of the workshop.
