On 18 October of 2023, the IEEE Computer Society conducted an virtual event mainly focuses on IEEE Computer Society exclusive awards and scholarships. The event was coordinated and organised by Mr. Parthiban - Advisor Computer Society and hosted by Dr. K. Palanikumar , M.E, ph.D, PDF. This is a new initiative series taken by the IEEE Computer Society SSIT named “Infoshare” which shares information’s on the key beneficial factors of IEEE Computer Society and IEEE forum. The event had taught on how to apply for the Richard E Merwin Scholarship and also regarding the Episolon Award. The students participated in the session were also interactive with the student coordinator. The event was about only half an hour which is also an new initiative taken by the student speaker stating that giving out the beneficial information within 30 minutes will be useful for the students participation in engagement as well as regarding their time consumption and students really enjoyed and welcomed this initiative regarding IEEE forum and Computer Society benefits. with permission from Mr. Parthiban Mani – IEEE CS Society Advisor, Dr.B. On 5th and 6th Friday October of 2023, the IEEE Computer Society conducted two days workshop on Internet of Things and Big Data Analytics happened in Computer Science Innovation Lab of Sri Sairam Institute of Technology. The event was coordinated and organised by Mr. Parthiban - Advisor Computer Society and hosted by Dr. K. Palanikumar , M.E, ph.D, PDF. The two days workshop happened in such a way that one day the resource person covered Internet of Things and the other day was full of Big Data Analytics. This workshop was initiated by IEEE Computer Society SSIT sponsored by IEEE Computer Society, Madras. Hands on working sessions happened on both the days and students from outside were working intensely on those sessions showed their at most interest levels towards the domains. Interactive sessions happened on both the days many questions and ideas were discussed between the workshop sessions. On 1st October of 2023, the IEEE Computer Society conducted an online event which had covered the domain Artificial Intelligence. The event was coordinated and organised by Mr. Parthiban - Advisor Computer Society and hosted by Dr. K. Palanikumar , M.E, ph.D, PDF. It had been a very curious event why because it involved the domain Artificial Intelligence. Student coordinators of the event spoke about various aspects and mechanisms of artificial intelligence. Spectrum issue of a specific month which involved AI they made a case study and they delivered as a student discussion forum on the spectrum unveiling series. Students conducted quiz sessions on the topic they delivered in the discussion forum and the participating students actively engaged in the quiz sessions.
