On 18^th October 2019, IEEE Women in Engineering hosted MY WIE Congress at BV1 Theater, UNITEN with supported by IEEE PES UNITEN SB. The event was held to target women participants who are currently working in the field of science, technology, engineering and students that will be stepping into the working world one day. The congress encourages them to be confident in participating in the STEM workforce and understand the challenges and opportunities to seek. The congress was organized to inspire and motivate more women to stay and pursue their ambition in STEM Field. The keynote speakers are Prof Ir Dr. Leong Wai Yie, Prof Ir Dr. Zuhaina Zakaria, Dr. Esther Loo, and Ir. Fauziah Ali. The session was set from 8:15am to 1:00pm and presented with 4 different speakers to share their knowledge, personal life, and challenges faced in male-dominated field situations.
