The Imperial College IEEE Student Branch is hosting its inaugural event, the IEEE Symposium on Wednesday, 20th of March, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM @ EEE Room 611.
The event features talks by two highly distinguished senior IEEE Members: Dr Peter Harrod who is currently Director of the Functional safety at the CPU group at ARM, and Prof Douglas J. Paul who is an EPSRC Established Quantum Technology Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow. Come for the talks and stay for the free pizza!
Following this, we move over to Simmons Bar, 374 North End road, Fulham – SW6 1LY just in time for their happy hour and a social evening with pool and retro arcade games.
Please, RSVP to this google form by Monday, 18th of March, so we have an idea of the number of attendees for the social event. Those who sign up will be eligible for potentially subsidised drinks and games at the bar (TBC on the day) as we are currently awaiting on funding confirmation.
