The Indiana University Student Branch is growing its influence by expanding itself into several diverse communities. Currently, the Indiana Branch is a single community, but has plans to branch into several groups to incentivize new project ideas.

IEEE IU is planning to host a wide variety of environment projects and green related workshops, with the sole goal to improve environmental outcomes for the betterment of the community.
A robotics program will be inevitable with the interest in Robotics at Luddy School. With interested and driven students, the Robotics community will focus on projects that promote mechanical innovation on the IU Campus.
The Programming Community will focus on providing an outlet for students to improve in the coding ability. Research and knowledge will be recognized the program leadership and competitions, such as the IEEEXtreme Competition.
