IEEE and Senior Design classes are planning a trip to the NetVia Group LLC PCB production facility in Irving, TX. This will offer great exposure to current technologies and workflow from start to finish for PCB fabrication. An introductory presentation, given by one of their staff members earlier this year to both Senior Design classes, is provided to give some background into the process. PCB design is a crucial skill for engineers in numerous industries and understanding the implementation process can be invaluable to understanding constraints and abilities of the current fabrication process.
