2017 IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) Early Career Award
Description: Awarded annually to an individual to promote, recognize and support Early Career Technical Development within the Electron Devices Society’s field of interest.
Prize: An award of US$1,000, a plaque; and if needed, travel expenses not to exceed US$1,500 for a recipient residing in the US and not to exceed US$3,000 for a recipient residing outside of the US to attend the award presentation.

2015 Ontario Technological Skills Competition (OTSC)

May 4 – 6, 2015, the Ontario Technological Skills Competition (OTSC) is Canada’s largest skilled trades competition. With over 65 contests, 1,900 competitors and 20,000 spectators, at RIM Park in Waterloo.

Ryan Green, a student of Centennial College has earned a bronze medal at the 43rd WorldSkills Competition in São Paulo, Brazil, in August 2015, making him one of the world’s best young construction equipment technicians.
