The student group of PES members at DSCE did not let the worrying times to dampen their spirits , and decided to take the celebrations online. Various contests were organized online to make sure the students remained engaged and updated themselves technically while they had fun in participating in the contests.[/vc_column_text][vc_tta_tour][vc_tta_section title=”Essay Writing” tab_id=”1595230500966-d24b9e0d-ef00″][vc_column_text]A contest to encourage students to write original essay by choosing a topic among from a list provided to them. They were presented with a number of aptitude based questions through an online form which had to be solved and submitted in the given time limit.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][/vc_tta_tour][vc_tta_tour][vc_tta_section title=”Poster Presentation” tab_id=”1595231971984-6e41ce93-dce1″][vc_column_text]A list of topics were given to the participants and each participant had to choose one and create an soft copy poster or collage to depict the topic in the best possible and creative way. We the IEEE PES student chapter of Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering of Dept of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, have celebrated the 2nd IEEE PES Day in our college on 22nd April, 2019.
On this occassion we had Mr. Abhishek Appaji (Execom member IEEE PES) as the chief guest of the event, who briefly introduced about the advantages and opportunities we have by joining in IEEE. And also he guided us about the activities done by IEEE and the other active fields of IEEE just like we have IEEE PES.
On the occassion of IEEE PES day we had few events for the students to participate in like.. Tech JAM, PCB design and Workshop, and Tech talk from the students..
