Special Session Title: Emerging Semiconductor devices and their applications
Special Session Abstract:
The main objective of this special session is to discuss the recent trends in semiconductor devices. The aim of this Special Session is to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and academicians to review and re-analyze past achievements, to report and discuss latest advancements, and to explore and propose future directions in these rapidly emerging research areas. Researchers are invited to submit their novel research and unpublished work to this special session.

Device Modelling & Simulation, Low-power devices for circuit applications, Devices with Low temperature processing, Devices with New material systems, Devices for Low power applications, Low dimensional devices, Design and Simulation of Circuits with nanoscale devices, CMOS Processes, Devices and Integration, VLSI based System design, Machine learning in devices, MEMS, nano-sensors etc.
