IEEE MIT ADT University STB along with IEEE EMBS Pune Chapter was a part of the SMART PUNE HEALTH HACKATHON Organized by Pune Municipal Corporation, Pune Smart City, Oasys Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd. Chennai. The other knowledge partner for this event where VIIT and I2IT. The hackathon was conducted on 13th-14th Feb 2023 at I2IT. This Hackathon was conducted as a kickstart program under G-20 and Urban -20 (U20) .The inauguration was done by Pune Smart City CEO - Dr. Sanjay Kolte (IAS) , Bharat Ratna Medical College Dean - Dr. Ashish Ashish Bangiwar , CTO Dinesh Virkar Pune smart City , MIT ADTUniversity School of Computing Director - Rajneeshkaur Bedi - IEEE Chair EMBS Pune chapter and IEEE MITADT STB Counsellor - Dr. Reena Pagare.The chief guest for the Valedictory program was Mr. Ashish Bharati , PMC , Head Healthcare Dept. The IEEE MIT ADT Computer society student branch chapter and IEEE MIT ADT WIE Affinity group had successfully organized a Virtual Webinar on “Cyber Security: Call for cyber warriors”, on 29th June 2022. The speaker, Ms. Arathi Vade, is a renowned Cyber Security Expert, from Germany.The session got an overwhelming response from students, faculty and non-teaching staff from various colleges. Participants registered from different locations in India (Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Indore, Bangalore) and some from Philippines there were around 50 participants for the webinar. AGENDA OF WEBINAR:The webinar was organized with the objective to:• acquaint the participants with the prevailing cyber security threats• educate the participants about the safety and security measures to adopt while using the internet and various applications.• To encourage students to take up Cyber Security as a career.• To introduce opportunities in Cyber Security.
