1. Webinar on “Research Areas in Robotics”

The webinar “Research Areas in Robotics” was conducted by IEEE STUDENT BRANCH of Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management. The webinar started at 11:00 am and was held for a duration of 1 hour. The guest speaker of the webinar was Mr. Aditya Kameswara Rao Nandula, Senior Research Fellow, Virtual Labs Phase II.
The webinar was conducted on the Google Meet platform which witnessed a total of 75 participants. Riya Pandey (IEEE RCOEM STUDENT BRANCH MEMBER) hosted the webinar and introduced the guest speaker. After which, Mr. Aditya Kameswara Rao Nandula started the webinar by questioning what exactly does Robotics mean?
He explained the various concepts of Robotics. He also explained the areas where robotics can be applied. Further, he explained the different aspects of Robotics and the three laws of Robotics. He motivated students to find a career in this field. The webinar reached its end at 12:10 pm after the completion of an interactive doubt-solving session of 10 minutes.
2. Webinar on “Aeronautics: An Idea Towards Space”

The webinar “Aeronautics: An Idea towards Space” was conducted by IEEE STUDENT BRANCH of Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management. The webinar started at 4:00 pm and was held for a duration of 1 hour. The guest speaker of the webinar was Prof. Sudhir Kumar Chaturvedi, Associate Professor in the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun.
The webinar witnessed a total of 75 participants. Aryan Gangapari (IEEE RCOEM STUDENT BRANCH MEMBER) hosted the webinar and introduced the guest speaker. He gave the charge of the webinar to the dignified guest speaker, Prof. Sudhir Kumar Chaturvedi, who stimulated the webinar by questioning what exactly the term aerodynamic means?
He explained the various concepts of Aeronautics. He also explained Aircraft Performance and Aircraft Structures, the concept of Propulsion and Fluid Dynamics. Prof. Chaturvedi further familiarised us with the different skills which are necessary for Aeronautics. He motivated students to find a career in this field.
3. Webinar on “Key for Effective Research Paper Writing”
Date: 4th July 2021
The webinar “Project-based learning – Key for Effective Research Paper writing” was conducted by IEEE STUDENT BRANCH of Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management. The webinar started at 11:00 am and was held for a duration of 1 hour. The guest speaker of the webinar, Mast. VEDANT BAHEL, Junior Assistant at Baker’s EDM lab, University of Pennsylvania, made this webinar very interactive and arouse interest among the participants by asking the students that what do they mean by project-based learning. The participants were very curious to know the different techniques which are to be taken care of while writing research papers.
