Workshop on Advances in Image Processing Using MATLAB for Research and Development

The IEEE Students Branch of our college had organized a workshop on “Image processing using matlab”. The objective was to spread knowledge about Image processing, which are the current industrial demands and a need for today’s student. Mr. Rohit T. More, Territory Manager and Team from Mathworks India Pvt Ltd., was visited SSGMCE campus on 6^th Oct 2015. They conducted session on use of MATLAB with practical applications. They have shown the use of Connect camera system and its interfacing with MATLAB.   The workshop was conducted in Old auditorium. In workshop 96 students  from CSE, IT and EXTC were participated.

IEEE conducted the workshop and taught students both the upcoming technologies; he also motivated everyone to continue doing constant projects. We are very much thankful to the college management, Hon’ Principal sir, Faculty Advisor Prof. P. R. Wankhede sir, and the participants for the success of this workshop.
