IEEE NUCES Session About Presidential Initiative for Artificial Intelligence & Computing
Once again, IEEE FAST NUCES Student branch at FAST-NUCES Peshawar are conducting Awareness session for the Presidential Initiative for Artificial Intelligence & Computing (PIAIC) in KP on Wednesday, 29th January 2020 at 10:30 AM. This is the step toward the 4th Industrial Revolution in the world. This is one of the most prestigious programs in Pakistan. This Program is already entertaining more than 50000 students in Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Sialkot and now to are coming to our home city Peshawar.
This program offers different advance courses to be in the race of Technologies. Some of them are.
1. Artificial Intelligence
2. Internet of Things
3. Cloud Computing
and now they are planning to announce more in the future. This is our chance and we can make KP as a Technological hub of Pakistan, let’s show our presence in this session and bring it to KP.

Brief profile of the first Keynote Speaker:
Zia Khan, currently serving as COO of PIAIC.org and CEO of Panacloud (Pvt.) Ltd. More than twenty-five years of experience in software architecture, design, development, implementation, and integration. The current focus is on mobile and web application development, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Sciences, Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud-native computing. Over twenty years of experience in leading a not-for-profit educational movement to make Pakistan a global software development hub. Taught computer science to thousands of students and faculty members worldwide. Triple Masters Degrees in engineering (MSE), business (MBA), and accounting information systems (MAC) from Arizona State University (ASU). Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from KU. Professional qualifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). For eight consecutive years in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 received Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award (Client App MVP for 5 years and Cloud MVP for 2 years).
