Some of the initiatives taken over the years to make our branch active and successful are as follows:

• Membership development campaigns each year.
• IEEE Fee reimbursement for good standing members.
• Technical and non-technical seminars all throughout the year.
• Targeting IEEE funded events such as IEEE HAC events, IEEE YP, IEEE SAC, etc.
• Applying for mega projects like IEEE Foundation and IEEE HAC/SIGHT Projects.
• Annual conduction of IEEE Day Celebrations and Annual Engineering Project Exhibition and multiple Semester Project exhibitions.
• Influencing other institutes of South Punjab to join the IEEE family through various orientations and conducting joint events with already established student branches.
