Muhammad Farid Zamir
Muhammad Farid Zamir is a professional SQA Engineer/Analyst in Khwarizmi Institute of Computer Sciences (KICS) UET Lahore since 2020.
Farid began IEEE career in 2016. He has served as Asst Section Student Representative of IEEE Lahore Section. In 2018 he assumed the charge of Chairperson IEEE UCET IUB Student Branch. He was first Subsection Student Representative (SSR) of IEEE Bahawalpur Subsection and founding chairperson of IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) IUB chapter.
Mr. Farid was awarded the Best Student Volunteer Award at the Golden Jubilee celebration of IEEE Lahore Section in 2019. During his tenure as chairperson, the student branch stood second best in the Asia Pacific. He has led many mega-events including BSSYW Congress. He has four international funding collaborations to his credit. In 2019 He got his research paper published in Springer Singapore.

Mehak Azeem
Mehak Azeem is an undergraduate researcher, STEM motivator, speaker, a persistent and passionate young woman, dedicating life after medical college to pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Program in Biomedical Engineering in Pakistan. She is a member of the global dialogue delegate program, SDG’s 2030 Advocate, Microsoft Office Specialist with uplifting courage to be the youngest woman serving as a junior engineer at a top private hospital in the city. She is serving as a trainer, delivering technical talks and training for the understanding of biomedical equipment machines. Her love for the field is due to prominent breakthroughs in the biomedical engineering field include life-saving and life-changing technology such as artificial organs, prosthetics, and surgical devices.
Continuing her inspiring journey as a dedicated volunteer of IEEE Region-10, judging and winning different competitions, contributing to societies, delivering technical, professional, and motivational sessions in many countries especially with the main aim of uplifting and inspiring the young generation of women engineers. As an IEEE student member, she has promising contributions to Student Branches, Section’s chapters, Affinity groups and is recognized as one of the finest volunteers across the country. Currently, she is representing as IEEE EMBS SAC Committee Member (Global) 2021-22, IEEE Rising Stars Executive Committee Member, IEEE
MGA Committee Member – IEEE Virtual Speaker Bureau 2021-22. She is also a young researcher with main interests includes Robotics, Telemedicine, Biomechanics, and Rehabilitation.
