A Web Development Committee will be responsible to maintain the Website of IEEE UCET IUB. Every new update any General promotion/ Session/ Workshop/ Mega Event would be posted to the Website and every post would be redirected to the Facebook post link. The committee will have to upgrade the website time by time by using different modern recourses. The committee will also have to take quick action upon the instructions from Executive Committee and report weekly.

A Program Committee is a prime committee of IEEE UCET IUB and will be responsible to organize every Session/ Workshop/ Mega Event by communicating with the other Sub-Committees of IEEE UCET IUB. This committee will have to bring the event from an idea to successful conduction and the reporting of that event.

A Documentation Committee will be responsible to maintain the documentation record. It will have to submit the report of every Meeting/ Session/ Workshop/ Mega Event to the Executive Committee within a week. The committee will also have to write the content of every post and will provide it to the Program Committee. This committee will have to generate a Newsletter and an AGM Report at the end of November.

A Design Committee is a group of two teams (Graphic Designing/Video Creation) and will be responsible to provide the promotional material of every General promotion/ Session/ Workshop/ Mega Event to the program committee. The design committee will also have to take quick action upon the instructions from Program Committee/ Executive Committee.

A Promotion Committee will be responsible to promote every General promotion/ Session/ Workshop/ Mega Event to the Social Links (WhatsApp/ Facebook/ Twitter/ LinkedIn/ Instagram/ YouTube) of IEEE UCET IUB. The promotion committee will have to promote the events on national and international levels by using different upgraded recourses. The committee will also have to take quick action upon the instructions from Program Committee/ Executive Committee.
