Student Branch Officers

The Branch Executive Committee is responsible for administering Branch operations and traditionally consists of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.
The Student Branch Chair is the key to effective student leadership. He/she is responsible for the overall management of all Branch affairs.
The Student Branch Vice-Chair is the junior Executive Officer. He should help the Branch Chair with the workload, oversee some of the subcommittees, and manage some of the activities.
The Student Branch Secretary serves as the record keeper and historian of the Student Branch. He/she is responsible for maintaining all records.

Bearing the responsibility of taking care of communal relations such as providing information about their organizations’ activities, developing positive relationships among enterprisers media and public and tasks related to promotion and marketing.
Manages the “cash flow” of IEEE Bolton and oversees all financial affairs within the organisation, investing in efforts such as budgeting, financial reporting and record-keeping.
