Event Review: MSc Power Systems students 3-Minute Poster Presentation Competition
On April 26, 2024, the University of Birmingham IEEE Student Branch and PES Chapter co-hosted a 3-minute poster presentation where MSc students made oral presentations of their project work. In attendance were staff and students. The session was very engaging, and all presenters received certificates at the end of the event.
A panel of six judges evaluated the presentations based on poster design and layout, clarity of presentation, engagement and delivery, content relevance, technical accuracy, Q&A performance, and overall impression. The result is shown below:
First place: Yong Jo Kim
Second Place: Zhenkai Xiang
Third Place: Yi Liu
All judges, presenters, and attendees made immense contributions to the success of this event.
