“Engineering jobs at risk and in trend during the next 5 years

IEEE Student Branch at the University of Melbourne, Women in Engineering at Victoria Section and University of Melbourne Affinity Group are pleased to co-host a virtual panel discussion on the topic, “Engineering jobs at risk and in trend during the next 5 years” on 3rd September (Thursday) from 4.30 – 5.30 PM AEST. In the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, this panel discussion is our share of effort to support the class of 2020 in analyzing the engineering job trends and the job market in a comprehensive way. The speakers will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on engineering jobs and also highlight the job market trends post-pandemic during the next five years in the industry.

This event is moderated by Jillian Kenny, the superstar of STEM who is a Lecturer at the University of Melbourne and Co-founder of Power of Engineering and Machinam. Julie Boulton, Kelly Power, Roxanna Partow and Dakshinee Kodi are our esteemed panelists with a decade of work experience from diverse domains of the engineering industry.
