IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE)
WIE is one of the largest international networks dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the fields of engineering and science. With a global community of IEEE members and volunteers, WIE is committed to promoting the achievements and contributions of women engineers and scientists.
The initiative aims to inspire and empower the next generation by encouraging girls worldwide to pursue academic and professional careers in engineering and technology. Through mentorship, leadership programs, and networking opportunities, WIE fosters a supportive environment where innovation thrives and barriers are broken.
As a part of IEEE, the world’s largest technical professional organization, WIE plays a vital role in advancing technology for the betterment of humanity, ensuring that women have equal opportunities to lead and excel in shaping the future.
